How long do you last without upgrade and part in your pc

I can usually go until I feel as if my PC is so outdated where it can't run even the most basic of games coming out

For personal PC usage, a complete PC build may last around 10 years at best before being completely outdated if running the latest games at maximum graphic settings is not a priority. For work related PC builds and workstations, specific hardware can be replaced multiple times within a year if there is a significant advantage that can improve work output. Storage is typically the most frequent candidate for workstation hardware upgrades.

I upgrade every 2-3 years for maximum graphics and light speed FPS

5 years and counting. I don't play any heavy games so there's no need for an upgrade.
