User "Yondu" Busted

So i recently saw that the User "Yondu" commented on newly upgraded users profile the following text:
"I felt like I need to type something here Wink you are such a legend lol."

And even on "normal users" such like me, just to get some rep or maybe profile comments back?
I dont even know what to say
