Yeap, every neurological desease ever.
Some people I have spoken with ( they were taking anti-deprassants and xanax) were claiming that sometimes, they were better off the meds. And the worse part is, a dude yelling at you, or a relaxing moment with some hot coffe and music might,quite honestly, be more influencing than any medication.

I can understand completely all the struggles such diseases entail. The only thing I know for sure on panic attacks, is not to have too many intense stimuli, especially visual,taking everything much more relaxed and striving to have the patience of a buddhist monk.
If making it out in one piece was easy, everyone would do it.

Bad investment, investing on crypto is generally a bad idea, at least that's what I think personally.

True, but a lot of people have gone bankrupt from investing.
It's a risk you must be willing to take.
The reason I am a bit fearful of crypto, is because none can control it and the highs and lows happen sometimes in hours.

Good luck ridding that wave and cashing out at the exact minute, i guess

that's why you only invest what you can afford to lose and not your entire life savings
sometimes it works like this time, but if it goes wrong...

In any case, I don't think I will be ever able to gamble like that.

I would prefer playing them off in a casino or smth

stocks, you can have at least some control/skill over what you're doing

not entirely luck-based like casinos
