VAC by itself is pretty garbage but has been improved in the last few months. That said I wouldn't cheat on any accounts I want to keep simply because there is the chance of getting overwatch banned.
really the vac is improving, we can see much less hackers today compared to what it used to be. but I still think another anti-cheat would be better for csgo, even with the improvements remains weak.
