Ilegal no, but it will likely break your providers ToS and they will quickly ban your account as any half compentant provider will surely notice a good chunk of their resources going to one machine

you can remote to vps, you can use something in foreige counttry for other way

It won't even work on some vds and it may be illegal depending on the ToS.
