I personally don't like to use VPN's but I am forced to as everyone wants to know everything about everyone.

I have already tried VPN from many providers and the best and safest in my opinion is definitely Perfect Privacy VPN. At around $15/mo it is a little expensive in comparison, but the price is definitely worth it. it's very fast. my internet is always as fast with vpn as without. since the servers with which run on RAM, nothing is guaranteed to be logged and if the server has no power for a very short time, all logs are deleted immediately. so no chance for FBI, etc Wink

SoftEther VPN is nice as it's free. From paid ones I use Tunnel Bear and Nord VPN.

PIA. It is not detected at all and works perfectly with services such as Netflix and more others. Been paying for 2 years so far and i was never dissapointed.

I'd recommend you have a look at CyberGhost VPN. I've had it for a year and I like it.

VPN as a proxy*

And I highly recommend Windscribe, been using it for a very long time with cheap/custom premium plans and the free tier is awesome too.
Support is very responsive and they have a couple of spicy features that come with it as well.

Edit: Forgot to mention they have a no-log policy.

VPNs are very important these days. I prefer expessVPN as they are easy to integrate in lots of stuff. NordVPN is another good one too. VPNBook is a free (Open Source) one but not very easy to configure and not very fast either. If you are new to this then I'll simply ask you not to use Tor. That takes a a lot of awareness. Also, it's not very fast either. If you want free solutions then PM me, I'll try to get you some Premium NordVPN accounts and BTW they are completely FREE.
