I personally don't like to use VPN's but I am forced to as everyone wants to know everything about everyone.

At around $15/mo it is a little expensive in comparison, but the price is definitely worth it. it's very fast. my internet is always as fast with vpn as without. since the servers with which run on RAM, nothing is guaranteed to be logged and if the server has no power for a very short time, all logs are deleted immediately. so no chance for FBI, etc

VPNBook is a free (Open Source) one but not very easy to configure and not very fast either. If you are new to this then I'll simply ask you not to use Tor. That takes a a lot of awareness. Also, it's not very fast either. If you want free solutions then PM me, I'll try to get you some Premium NordVPN accounts and BTW they are completely FREE.
