VR: Vive trackers for full-body tracking?

Does anyone use Vive trackers for full-body tracking? Are they really worth the price? Do a lot of games support full-body anyways?
I'm considering buying them some time in the future, but maybe then everything will be cheaper. Right now I've ordered a kinect-to-PC adapter that's supposed to be coming Tuesday and I'm gonna see how that goes.
I run an Oculus Rift S so buying the trackers will completely change my setup and require that I buy a lighthouse.
