It's a great idea that'll only improve but the hype is fucking ridiculous. The media circlejerk about "oh you can't tell the difference it's so amazing!!!" couldn't be farther from the truth

I've tried some store-bought vego meat products and have mixed feelings. I found the sausages were bland, not much taste and lacking texture. Vego meatballs are much better though. Same thing with Tofu, there's not much variety.

Thinking I might try making some homemade vego meat sausages. Lots of freedom when it comes to adding spices and changing the texture.

Eh, vegetarian meat is a bit of an odd thing. I know some people love it, but I myself find it absolutely disgusting.

As a meat eater, and a chef, I've tried vegetarian burgers. The best I had was this kind of spicy black bean quinoa burger. It was very tasty indeed.

I am not a vegetarian but I have tried out some of the meatless options. Some of them aren't bad and are getting really close to a sustainable solution.

They honestly (imo) taste fantastic and you wouldn't know that it's a veggie burger if no one told you!
