Velka is the Goddess of Sin in the Dark Souls Lore, she is feared by even the Gods because of her power over all. She is described as a old witch clad in black and are constantly associated with crows and the occult. Her words are spread by the means of her "Pardoners" who will seek out the guilty to offer them a chance of redemption.
