I remember the game was about cars, something similiar to GTA San Andreas but not, maybe it was about racing... I don't really remember anything particular about that, but it was soooo damn fun.

My father got me into Metal Gear Solid for the PS1. Also for PC it was Starcraft and Starcraft: Brood War along with Diablo I & II. Started me off young!

that was this game called F-15 Strike Eagle II gameplay (PC Game, 1989) i used to play on a compaq laptop,

I just played a bunch of Mario back in the day, before I got my first PC and never looked back at my console/DS since
I Run a server with a custom map made my myself, made so the player could interact with the map as well as other players to increase the RP experience.

Crashday was my childhood. I remember playing that game good times :D. Now they have crashday redline edition which is a lot better than the original. Crashday was a indie game made by a small developer team in Germany.

Mario and Zelda also hooked me up. PacMan and Donkey Kong is good too.
