Volibear Winrate?

Prob gonna be a short thread, but volibear? Saw his winrate after the new patch and was thinking about playing him. What makes him so good/What strategies do you guys use when you play him?

After the buff they gave him he became a lot better, not amazing but good enough to play him on soloq. It's just a band-aid buff until he's getting his VGU.
