Episode two and three felt like fillers. TWD has always used fillers, but it seems that they are making three stories out of it. (The one with rick and the normal crew, carol and ezekiel and one with daryl)

I have the feeling that Dwight is going to kill Negan, just because of what he did to him with his wife. I also feel like that Daryl and Dwight are going to group up.
Negan didn't find him, he sent his crew to find him.
