Watch YouTube From Photoshop Extension?

Hey guys I'm not too sure if anybody has come across this but a couple of weeks ago I came across a graphics site that has an extension that allows you to watch YouTube from the extensions panel in Photoshop but, I lost the link. If anybody remembers the site or has the extension itself please let me know thanks!

You can install an extension on Google Chrome and make your youtube video float on top of any app you are running.
