the bottom one since you can tell easier that it's an s shape imo
looks good too

I prefer the first one, both designs and concepts are nice, I love how you didn't just leave the background a solid colour

Above is the other concept, the two S can be distinguished better. But for practical purposes, it will be a solid color.

The second variation is much more distinguished and you may wish to go ahead with the two tone logo, stands out more in my opinion.
