I like miso soup I get it in an instant pack but you can buy the paste too. Its really filling but low cal and can come in low sodium.

I find lifting weights funner than any cardio so thats all I do. I hate cardio hahah

just any low fat foods and focus on counting your calories. Do cardio exercises and track how many calories you burn and be on a calorie deficit, just dont eat junk food and eat vegetables, lean meats and other healthy low calorie low fat foods
