What’s the Best Website to Learn New Stuff?

I’ve been wanting to pick up some new skills, like motion graphics in AE. Do you guys have any favorite websites or resources that actually helped you learn? i seem to find some but it only has basic tips

Also, what worked for me when it comes to best way to learn new stuff and be good at it fast is, think of what you want to do or what seems very interesting to you for example, maybe you want to learn motion graphic, a specific style at that. Make something up, or just copy something that is done by others, while you are trying to do that, youtube is your friend, almost everything is there if you search it. When you apply something at a project that you are interested at, you retain the knowledge more. Its just like when a child is taught to speak, he'll pickup words first and then slowly builds up on letters, vowels and stuff. Hope it helps
