Sublime Text 3 or Visual Studio Code. Both very decent as Text Editors as well as IDE's.

Literally nothing but notepad. If your code is formatted cleanly there's no need for anything else in my opinion.

jetbrains webstorm and sometimes notepad++

I use Brackets because of the live web preview and the extract from ps feature Smile

I use Notepad++ with some custom text highlighting theme. Just downloaded google web design and will check it out
