Notepad++ and Visual Studio Code! Mainly the second one as it's probably the best editor out there for me.

My go to IDE is Visual Studio Code. The pace at which it gets updated (every month) is very commendable.

Visual studio code is way to go. Works on all three OS and its easy to create your custom plugins.

VS Code - the one to rule them all. You don't need anything else. Open Source, extendable, cross platform, lite, what else do u need

i love webstorm and phpstorm. they just work with everything u want to use

it all comes to personal preferences, most of them use the same plugings but i think visual studio and notepad++ are great choices

Sublime text if I just need an editor. IDE if I need the debugging / language features.
