What Makes a Server Good to You?

Not the Addons, Not thegamemode, not the roleplay, but the players.

Have a unique system, with decent scripts / plugins to make the server somewhat appealing. And mostly the players having a nice community to welcome you when you join, and always supporting admins that will help you at anytime.

MilitaryRP has to be the cringiest community out there, I couldn't stand calling some twat 'sir' all the time because he thinks he has some kind of authority.

Admins have to be strict, but should also just have a laugh with the other players - that's how you gain respect

Honestly, it depends on the server type. Serious RP would be the amount of stuff to do with the people, while non serious would be people.

Main points are a community, good staff team, and no bad pay to win system.

GMod servers are popular now? I always thought CSGO or OW would be the KING of the server community. Can you make money off of GMod servers?

Gmod has always had a good community

Many of the games that are on community CSGO and TF2 servers originated on gmod.

Is the community stable or is it on a decline? I for one know that MC Servers are declining as the community is going to garbage.

Pretty stable, some servers die off and new ones take their place.

I would never have thought GMod had a good community of servers. Is it hard to get a nice one started?
