I have seen 3 forums with this theme, and not sure what it is called and or where to get it.

RE: What Theme Is This? It is not a theme that is publicly available. The forum on the top is complete shit, I'd link it but I'd rather not spread its cancer on to you (niko has copied just about everything I've created). Also please blur out the name of my forum (bottom), there is no reason that the name of it needs to be displayed as you are just inquiring about the skin.

I linked an image that scribbled out the name, yes mine is the original. I will deal with lightforums as I have in the past, if you don't mind linking me to the other forum using it I will deal with them as well. However at the moment I won't be but once I have created another theme I'll release this one (or sell it haven't decided).
