I have always found good deals at small mom and pop pawn shops. Avoid the chains. The small stores will usually discount heavily if they have sat on it for 3-4 months. They would rather just get their investment with a small profit on it, then wait for months on end for it to sell at normal pricing. Pawn shops generally pay 20-40% of fair market value on electronics, so remember that when you are dealing.

umidigi.com They're currently a small enough company, but the phones they put out are really high quality, and don't have a heavy pricetag, I recently bought a Umidigi S2 for $180, it has 4GB of RAM 64GB of ROM
Two rear cameras for that cool Bokeh effect (both Sony 13mp cameras) and it even has a physical LED for front facing flash, sadly most apps don't support it still, but it's on its way, absolutely amazing phone in my opinion.
