What age did you start?

16 when i tried my first time :D
and 18 to start really

17, was kinda late. I remember directly sleeping after, then waking up in the morning, I couldn't move one of my legs and arms because I slept in a stupid position.

I started at 14yo so.. I don't really know if it's good
