What are most looking for on a darkrp server?

I setup a server and I am wondering what people want in a server. I want to have a difference server then all of the ones out there now.

Attentive staff and a good developer & server owner that knows what they are doing.

In my opinion the best in rp-map are big jail, dungeon, shops and gas station.

A developer can really help. Someone who can code LUA. Or if t hats unavailable, prepare to spend a decent amount of money on custom addons. Or leak it form here xD

yesterday i was on an israel server and i'm from israel.
Cops were raiding us. and nlr'd multiple times so i called a staff member and the owner comes and after 30 mins of starring and listening to us he says"it says in the rules when there's a pd raid/bank raid cops can nr" except he was 2 dumb to understand english and understand the meaning of this rule.
it's like someone is telling you it's ok to nlr because you're a cop NIGGAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
i left the server instantly after.
TRUST ME but 100% be strict with your staff. one of the good things you can do to improve your server.
