In short, I recommend that you use Fiona anti cheat. You can find out all about this anticheat on another post that I replied to showing why it is so good. PLEASE NOTE that Fiona is a paid anticheat but is also of great quality.

In my experience AAC is very useful for reporting and prevent hackers. Of course, you should always have a system which allows community members to reach moderation staff, as they can be quite better than a lot of anti-cheats. You could also look into getting a number of different anticheats, and use them for what they're best at, instead of relying on one anticheat which has it's own pros and cons. While using multiple anticheats could be costly, it is a lifetime licence for any server you create [for most ACs], and there are always free anticheats.

If you are looking for a great anti cheat
then go with NoCheatPlus
its a really great anti cheat and to make it more powerful search on google
premade ncp configs

In my opinion best anti cheat is Advanced Anti Cheat (AAC), but it selling for 20.00 GBP. And if you dont have money for this you can download NoCheatPlus (NCP) because it free.

When it comes to detecting frauds, the matter is not simple, much more often than minecraft updates, new fraud programs come out, I usually used the NoCheatPlus program, look for something else to detect and likfise the bot attack

NoCheatPlus I think is the best, but if you wanna pay for something even more powerful I recommend Badlion Anti Cheat, but maybe you just wanna get NoCheatPlus since BAC is literally very expensive to get, but it's intended for use on big servers
