What are the best mods for Skyrim Special Edition?

I recently bought an xbox one purely to play skyrim special edition, now I'm wondering what the best mods are, any thoughts?

I thought Skyrim was only moddable on pc? Could be wrong though

If your xbox is not modded it will be hard to find some good mods.
