What are the methods to quit smoking?

I have tried few but none of them working for me :( I recently bought Ecig but that still not helping.

Juul is the best way to quit, however, the nicotine percent is high on it so it may just keep you hooked to nicotine

There are diffrent kind of mouth sprays you could try.

Have you tried those nicotine patches? I don't smoke so I don't know if they're any good but it might be worth a try.

ecigs did it for me. the main issue with switching over to ecigs is that most people don't use a good one to start out with.
They buy those little ones that are basically the size of a bic pen. That doesn't provide enough power to get a good vape.
You're also addicted to the 400+ other chemicals that are formed from the combustion of the tobacco.

Nicotine itself is no more harmful than a cup of coffee, its the other junk and tar that cause issues.
This is within the specifications of moderation, just like wine is good for you in moderation but if you go drinking a couple gallons you'll die, or like how too pure of oxygen will kill you.

Then get yourself something in the range of 6-8mg juice. if you feel like you're going to puke or getting headaches the nic level is too high.

back when i first started we didn't have these mods and those crappy pen style ecigs we had to use up to 24mg to get any sort of nic craving to drop.
The more wattage/liquid you can vape, the far lower the nic level has to be since you're getting far more vapor.

DO NOT exceed 12mg on a VW mod that can do anything above 20w you're just asking ot be sick.
also start out low on the wattage and move up to find the sweet spot, last thing you want to do is crank that thing to 200w and get a lung full of burnt wick.. that shit taste bad.

Best method is to never start. Nicotine is second only to sugar.

Drink orange juice. It helps to control the urge of smoking a ciggy.
