What are your tips for starting a new DarkRP server?

I'll be starting a server here very soon and I would like some suggestions on what you think brings and KEEPS players around.

Do you choose leak or original addon? if you are not able to buy addons in GMODSTORE I suggest you to use leak, because to make darkrp server you need a lot of addons.
