What do you do to calm down when mad?

Listen to music, eat your favorite people and delicious things.

a lot of cigarettes ...fuck their expensive but this isthe situation

Depends, if I am alone probably watch youtube or listen to some music. If I'm in an argument and I'm getting too mad, I just suddenly stop all my thoughts and hold for a few seconds, weird but works.

I will smoke or chase the bald as if this might sound strange

Great question, I don't really do anything accept lay in my bed and try to think things through I guess lmao

Videogames and Netflix. I am pretty basic when it comes to relaxing

just chill, think of going to your happy place. stay there sit tight and have a peaceful mind. works everytime
