im a photographer. so i love taking photos and also going to electronic stores checking out cameras hahahaah

Sleep mostly, or go outside and exercise

Try to learn something new honestly. It helps to build your confidence when you learn new things and master it after a time

keep distracted doing things that are good for myself. exercise, learning, working, etc

I myself listen to music. Make sure to have it on somewhat loud tho to block out the real world to become calm and happy.

Watching YouTube and Crunchyroll, talking with my friends or hanging out with my girlfriend
