What do you guys do to make yourself happy?

hit the gym everyday, training in general makes me happy

hang out with friends or just read a book/ jot down my thoughts in a journal

I work out a lot which keeps me busy and i think keeping yourself busy is the best way to not let sadness catch you

games and sports keeps anyone happy

Playing hide & seek with my friends girlfriend.

Working out makes me happy

Talk to my friends or my gf. Or hang out with my pets.

Play wtih my cute dog is enough for me for being happy. I had cute dog shin tzu breed. I like to buy different stuff for my dog like harness for a shih tzu While shih tzus may look arrogant, they are, in truth, gentle and loving to their owners. They can be around kids and are not uncomfortable with strangers. That said, you can bring your dogs to a friend’s house even with children around and not be worried of scaring, let alone, harming the kids. Moreover, they are affectionate to their owners. If you leave your shih tzu in the house, he or she will not be coy to express how much you’ve been missed.

It depends, I like learning new things and going to the gym.

If I'm not with my friends I usually go on a run or do some sort of exercise
