How long do you spend on the toilet, legit. Start squatting/bending over to open your colon.

Honestly the amount of time I spend on the toilet is pretty unhealthy, I would roughly say I spend 30 minutes on the toilet cause I end up getting distracted watching TikTok or funny Facebook videos.

Usually Reddit, sometimes YT... Even 9Gag. But yeah, Reddit.

I usually browse Instagram watching memes or read some news to see if there's something interesting happening

Read the news on my phone or read a magazine, but most of the time nothing.

take way more time then i actually need to take one by getting distracted
