What do you think about PayPal's new policies (US)? :C

Looks like anyone living in the US and is underage is not going to be able to use PayPal (as a wallet, you can probably make transactions straight from your bank account/debit card)as youwill need to provide legal identification. I guess to get around this you can open a European account or anything outside of the US but I don't know if you will be able to hold USD.

PayPal had always been a great service. It hard to imagine what e-commerce would be without it. So, I think they know what they're doing
