What do you think about Russian national food?

I personally do love Russian food. Borscht with a sour cream is my favourite! Have you tried any Russian food in your life? Did you like it?

Haven't tried a lot of Russian food, but I have looked up a lot of recipes online out of curiosity.
Honestly, it looks hearty and fulfilling, so i think I will like it if I ever get the chance to try it.

I love Russian and Ukrainian cuisine very much, they have taken all the best qualities of other countries and combined them into a single whole

There was a woman who I worked with made these cake things called Blinis?
They were tasty af!

That's the only russian food I've ever tried.
