What do you think about private gamemodes?

There are so many RP gamemodes for gmod out there which of course means there are bad ones and good ones. Most of the good ones are private gamemodes meaning that they cannot be acquired without a leak like santosrp and monolithrp. What do you think about them?

I think Variety is good. they made their own game mode they dont have to give it to you. simple as that. it's their property

atleast we get to play something original, i dont care that it is private as long as there are servers for it.

I understand some of the reasons for private gamemodes. But part of GMOD is that massive public nexus of fun.

I like them, a lot of them are very original but has very few players which is sad
