What do you think about vapes ?

I've heard many theories that they can kill you and stuff, do you have any idea or opinion about this ?

Ilike them and I vape every day , its not healthy , because you can get cancer and all other stuff , but is better than normal Cigarrets.

if you buy low quality gear, it can produce highly toxic chemicals from overheating instable metals. if you dont know what youre doing with temperature control curves and building your own coils, it can go similarly badly.

on the liquid side of things, nicotine _is_ somewhat carcinogenic by nature. i havent studied a lot of this, but my impression is that its far _less so_ than combusting tobacco. its bad for the developing brain in ways that addiction and unsupervised, potent psychoactives are bad for kids - it can affect their brain's natural development, affecting attention and risk-reward systems such as to be a prelude to impaired decision making and addictive behaviors in the future.

there's a lot of unknowns on the flavorings and bases front. they're safe to consume orally, but theres no data on inhaling it consistently. at the very least, theyre all irritants. this is evident in some studies showing that there is persistent lung and nasal lining irritation and locally suppressed immune response. this would open vapers up to higher rates of upper respiratory infections and indeed, i started getting regular bronchitis in the winter after 5 years of vaping. smokers are also at risk of this, but im not sure what differences there may be.

Highly preferable to smoking, I couldn't survive without some form of nicotine.
