I think Zero's paid add-ons are very well organized. His scripts are mature.

Blogs VCMod is an important add-on from old to now....

Meth cooking is a fun one. Really and crime addon to make some easy high risk high reward money.

Zero's addons are absolutely godly and worth every penny imo.

Take a look at the top selling on Gmodstore to get an idea of what's popular. Make your own addons, hire someone to do that for you, purchase some pre-made ones, and I can't recommend actually using leaked addons unless you know what to look for in a backdoor.
