What is one anime everyone must watch?

I don't think that anybody should watch any sort of anime, it's the number 1 leading cause of depression for Chinese teenagers.

Every person watching anime or reading manga, should read the respective LIGHT NOVEL of their favorite anime/manga, just to realise how good the actual story is, in comparison to the adaptions. wink wink.

I think one anime everyone should is Gintama, really good story, funny as hell, the characters are priceless, you cry, you laugh, I mean, it has everything!!

Code Geass, Akame Ga Kill, Tokyo Ghoul, Overlord, Hellsing and Food Wars (if you get bored)
