Having healthy social relationships is crucial in my opinion. It's really beneficial for your mental health if you always have someone you can count on.

It is also key to keep a schedule.

I don't know how old you are, but even something as simple as making the bed every morning can give you a little bit of uniformity and stability in your life.

yep, i try to keep a good sleep schedule but always fail

If you have trouble keeping a sleep schedule.

1) Evaluate why? Are you stressed? Is you diet pretty consistent, or do you eat a large variety of nutrients on a day-day basis (healthy some days, others not so much)? What about caffeine intake?
2) Do not have a laptop/cell phone/tablet/eReader in/near the bed. The worst thing you can do is just sit there messing on some electronic device and loosing track of time.
3) Bring some physical activity into you life, it doesnt have to be much. Just a simple walk around the block. What I do is whenever I die on league or another game, Ill do some pushups/crunches/sit ups. Youd be surprised how much you can work in over the course of the day.

Very true, I can relate to this!

1) Caffeine messed me up for a long time before I realized it was a problem. So its not always clear what the problem is.
2) Looking up too much something something on my phone was a problem, but I'd go further andtake a break from screens even if its not night time.
3)Was real surprised how yoga/stretching before bed solved my sleep problem. It might help if you super tense.

I should have a schedule for reading more books.
