I want to buy a new pc but what is the best CG can have?!

Do you mean like a graphics card? 2080 Super is pretty good but I think there's an ever higher-end one I forget the name of.

If money is no concern then I would go for an NVIDIA RTX Titan. That's the best you can get. I mean, you could get 4 of them and run them in parallel for maximum PC MASTER RACE feels. But it will set you back about 10'000$
