I started playing in 2014 (stopped playing a week after because i was so bad)
And now i'm back! but i have no idea what a good Champion would be for a Trashcan like me.

I think it will depende your playstyle and which role you want to play. For example as ADC the easiest one is Miss Fortune. For mid it can Lux. Jungle I think it would be Warwick. For top the new champion Sett and for support it would be Sona. Champions that are easy to play and don't require too much "hands"

try picking champions that don't rely on skillshots. that means that you don't have to land the skill. try your luck

Your best bet is one of the lower cost characters like Annie, but honestly I'd suggest you to try as many champions as possible instead of focusing on just a couple so you can get a better understanding of the game and know what to expect from other champions when you play against them.

Zac is really fun to play as a begginer, Caitlyn if you want to learn a marksmen and focus on safe trades and last-hitting. I would avoid assasains as they can be really frustrating, but if any of them ring you a bell don't be afraid to put some games with it, you may end up finding a champion you love to main.

A Champion that doesn't have many skill shots would fit best for a new player.
