What is the best server hosting program for minecraft

i realy want my own minecraft server but sadly i have not that mutch money avaleble
so my quistion was what is the best(and cheapest) server hosting site for minecraft?

Shockbyte if you're starting out with a small community because they're cheap and reliable. Though if you have a large community citadel servers would be the best option.

How big is the server that you want to run? What kind of minecraft server would it be? This question is very vague, it would be a lot easier to provide suggestions if more specific details were included.

MCProHosting has the best quality in my opinion, but as previously said, depends on what your server's going to be around.

If you have a good internet, i would by a cheap pc with 8-16 GB ram and use that as a server pc
