What is the best way to reduce lag

Imma be straight forward . my pc can be shit and i need to know if theres something i can do about it

Laptops tend to get slow also - Easiest way to get things smooth is to un install your Windows and install a fresh copy, through another disk or a hard drive

Get good computer you know bruv maybe that will improve your fps and everything else.
