What is the best zombie bo3 weapon?

I wanted to know which weapon is the best to buy on walls in survival mode.

Is this strictly limited to B03? Because I'm sorry, but the Porter's X2 Ray Gun is by far the best upgrade ever.

so when I play in zombie mode should I try to pull out the box at ray gun and then go improve it?
