Im wanting to use this meth addon for me server if you can help thats great.

I've noticed that the addon you are wanting is quite oudated.
So why don't you go have a look at some updated ones?

Here are some:
Zero's Meth Lab
Zero's Meth Lab 2
OG's Methlab

I personally recommend Zero's Meth Lab 2 due to the realism and updated texturesvand models.

With the current leak i have of Zero's meth lab the particles are bugged and lag the server alot also i just want simple meth making process for my server.

hmmm well the methlab 2 isnt leaked yet i dont think anyway, but im looking far and wide to find one!
