I am using an Intel i7-3770K @ 3.5 GHz Quad-Core for my main PC. I have an older PC that is using dual Xeon-E5450 CPUs, however it's down right now as the harddrive decided they had enough of life.

AMD Ryzen 5 3550H with Raedon Vega Mobile Gfx (2.10)GHz , according to the websites I'm looking at and the original page when I got it the maximum overdrive on it would be the equivalent to 3.7 GHZ but I actually would like it to function properly and not die within the first year lol.
So compared to older models this thing was on clearance, I got a good deal on it so I kept it
