What is your operating system on Pc?

Hello,

What is your operating system you are currently running on?
Are you more Windows or Linux?

That most certainly depends on which kind of device I'm using!

I am, and have always been, a true Windows fanatic.
Started out with W98, and from there I've been hooked.

When I got more involved with developing, I soon realized I needed a server, and from there on I've always had Linux servers with Ubuntu.
I'm taking an education at the moment as a data technician, and they're trying to push down Windows Server on us, but even though the "true" windows environments seems to also use windows server 2016, I still prefer to have a simple ubuntu distro at hand, to run my various Discord bots and what not.

If we're including mobile phones, I'm and Android guy.
Preveously an iFaggot (back when iOS was literally the only OS that ran smoothly on phones) but after Android has stepped up their game, there's no way I'm going back.
My television also runs Android OS, which just makes it even more clear that I'm stuck at the droid.

Everyone has agreed with you, Windows wants to impose a lot of things on us.
This is their weak point!

i use Windows because Mac OS and other operating systems cannot cope with the tasks i perform on them. Well, in particular, i combine my passion to play computer games, program my server in Garry's mod and solve problems in python. It seems to me that only in windows i can combine all these tasks and perform them. On Mac OS, Linux, etc. I'm sure that you can also play, but in windows write all the major drivers for the game and the quality of graphics on other operating systems, i will not see.

Windows 10. never used any other OS than from Microsoft. MS-Dos, Win3.1, win95,98,Me,Xp, Win7/8/10

I've always used Microsoft, will never change. I'm currently on Windows 10 Pro, use to use WIndows 7 years ago.

I am still using windows 7, SP1. I tried to switch to windows 10 but it felt very uncomfortable.
