I'd start with python because you don't have to worry about types too much (same goes for JavaScript) and the syntax is simple.
But it depends on what you want to achieve. If you want to get into web development you should have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Java really gives you a feel of programming, so i'd suggest that, it's also where most people start when still in college.

I recommend you to start in python or js, python is good to learn not only programming logic, but you can learn a lot of technologies.

but i recommend you learn JS because you can do more with JS (like Mobile Apps, Desktop Apps, TV Apps, Web Systems, Backend servers, work with streams, and many others)
