I think sign language would be pretty cool and appreciated amongst people that communicate through asl, it's also apparently easier for children to learn to sign as their first language than a spoken language so I thought that was cool

Arabic because in what I do, there is a lot of community that speaks in this language.

I'd go with a language that allows transferrable application. I believe Latin is a root for many of the current spoken languages even though itself is a dead language.
