What makes a great darkrp server to you?

I'm currently in the process of creating a darkrp server and i would like to know what people like to see in a darkrp server and make them stay.

So addons, game settings, I'm looking for what you love to see in a darkrp server

What do regular players need? Ordinary players only need to
1. Normal and beautiful interface(F4 and Hud)
2. A lot of earning systems
3. Big online
4. Inexpensive Donat
5. Good community

1. Many professions
2. Money
3. Cars are paid
4. gun stores
5. That there would be no inventory
6 VIP professions
7 VIP admin
It's minimum

Starting off, make sure your not over doing it with stuff other servers have try to be unique (events?) next things in order make sure you have clear and understandable rules. Active staff is always a +. just dont over do it on staff you dont want 5 moderators on to 1 player. Try to get alot of Zero's addons there amazing and will make your server feel alot more custom. Maybe visit other servers and take job ideas from them. Like "Master theif" or "Anonymous" ect.

VIP admin is bad, it's just gonna get abused by edgy squeakers. DarkRP is full of kids these days, so expect a daycare center instead of a server.

Definitely the community, you may have the best menus, the best jobs and everything but you need the people that really want to roleplay and take it serious

This is what i look for in a good darkRP server:

1) A supportive staff team who do not hesitate to help new players out (Could be as simple as letting me base with them once). This shows that they care for the community and will probably bring that particular player back.
2) As previously mentioned. Ensure that the rules are not too complicated/long. Players want straight forward rules so they don't spend half their time double checking rules or getting punished because they mis-interpreted a rule due to poor quality.
3) A lot of jobs to choose from. This makes farming money less boring due to there being a wide range of jobs to pick from and try.
4) Make sure the server isn't too pay to win. I want to play the server and play through it a bit before I buy VIP ranks. I don't want to feel like I need to buy VIP to get further into the progression since I would just turn away.
5) Ensure VIPs don't gain access to admin roles. Make sure everyone goes through the application process(or whatever process to get staff normal) so it doesn't seem like any 10 year-old can get it.

Tbf its mostly to do with staff. Need good staff to help. If you have got people who just moan and dont help they are what kill a server
