What makes the best DarkRP?

I have seen servers filled with addons to their neck, almost even causing lag because they have too many.
But the real question is what makes a DarkRP server good? Are all the addons really needed?

No, it's the complete package that's right. An idea that sets itself apart from others.
You definitely need a couple of basic addons.

Make sure most addons are very simple, don't have unneccessary addons like custom chat or don't need at all and try using some simple CUSTOM UI. Also don't forget to keep the users satisfied with a balanced economy and enough gambling and ways to get very special things. Also a logging system like bLogs and make sure you won't get banned from gmodstore
